1. General Terms

By making a reservation at GreenOasisHotels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all reservations, stays, and use of our facilities and services.

2. Reservations

All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee. The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to 3:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date to avoid a one-night room and tax charge.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Early departures are subject to full payment of the original reservation.

4. Payment

All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for incidentals. We may pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.

5. Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

7. Pets

Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms with prior arrangement. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay applies. Pets must be leashed in public areas and cannot be left unattended in rooms.

8. Liability

GreenOasisHotels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests use the property's amenities at their own risk.

9. Sustainability Policy

Guests are expected to respect our sustainability initiatives, including proper waste sorting, water conservation, and energy-saving measures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
